Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 300 gm
  • Onion Medium Size 1 Piece
  • Tomato Paste as required 2tbsp
  • Macaroni Pasta 500 gm
  • Parsley 1tbsp
  • Olive Oil 25 ml
  • Butter 15 gm
  • Salt 1tbsp
  • Black Paper ½ tbsp
  • Paprika ½ tbsp
  • Oregano ½ tbsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Yogurt 250 gm

 

Method:
First we will dip the pasta for boiling, then we will dip one side in the side, put the onion in olive oil and make a little sotay and then we will make a little sotay with chop garlic then we will put ground beef and sotay it well. Do it and put all the heaps on top of it which is in the recipe. Cook it well for 5 minutes.
When the pasta is ready, take out the water, put butter in a frying pan and put the pasta in it so that it tastes good and looks good. Beef Mixture Pasta and yogurt are served separately. Your Turkish Manti is ready.

Ingredients:

  • Milk ½ Liter
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Flour 20 gm
  • Cocoa Powder 100 gm
  • Biscuits 1 Packet
  • Butter 2 tbsp

 

Method:

First put Milk Sugar Maida and Coco Powder in a frying pan and activate the flame. Mix the wiks well in it and when it is mixed, put vanilla icens and butter on top of it and mix well. Let it thicken over low heat.

Ingredients to Marinate :

  • Beef ½ Kg
  • Soya Sauce 1tbsp
  • Salt ½ tbsp
  • Corn Flour 3tbsp

Ingredients Mongolian sauce :

  • Soya Sauce 3tbsp
  • Dried Red Chili 8 Piece
  • Dark Soya Sauce 1tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1tbsp
  • Corn Flour 2tbsp
  • Brown Sugar 4tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 5 gm
  • Sesame Oil 1tbsp
  • Cooking Oil 20 ml
  • Garlic 3 cloves

Ingredients for Assorted Vegetables:

  • Carrot 20 gm.
  • Onion ½
  • Cabbage Half Piece
  • Spring Onion Half Piece

Other ingredients:

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Black Paper ½ tbsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp

 

Method:
First of all, add butter and sotay all the vegetables and on top of that, put all the Spanish that are Recipe.
First we will marinate the beef with Soya Sauce Salt and Corn Flour.
Then we will make Mongolian Sauce. Put the recipe of whole Mongolian Sauce in a bowl. Then put oil in a pan and fry Beef. When it turns brown, take it out.
Then put Garlic in a pan and add all the prepared sauce along with Dry Red Chili and let it cook. When it becomes a little reduce, thicken it with Corn Flour. Add Beef and mix well. Add Spring Onion and Till to Garnish and Surf.
