Ingredients:
- Whipped cream ¼ cup
- Coffee 2 tbsp
- Crushed cardamoms 2 pods
- Star anise 1
- Cloves 2
- Milk 2 cup
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Cocoa powder ½ tsp
- Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Method:
Beat coffee with sugar. Boil milk with cardamoms, cloves and star anise. Then add milk in beaten coffee. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, coffee and serve.
Ingredients:
- Mutton 500gm
- Oil ½ cup
- Onion s 3
- Whole red chilies 6
- Whole cumin 1 tbsp
- Whole all spice 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Tomato pureed 3
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Green chilies 4
- Green coriander ½ cup
- Ginger, lemon for garnish
Method:
Heat oil and fry whole all spice, whole red chilies and onions till they get golden. Then add ginger, garlic, mutton and cook till meat get tender. Now add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, black pepper powder, crushed red chilies, crushed coriander and cook well. Add yogurt, half green coriander, half green chilies and cook. Serve with remaining green coriander, green chilies, ginger and lemon.

- Chopped coriander ¼ cup
- Chopped spring onion ¼ cup
- Jalapeno 1
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Flour ¾ cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Ground black pepper ¼ tsp
- Chili powder ¼ tsp
- Eggs 2
- Milk ¼ cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
Mix all ingredients and make thick batter. Add 1 tbsp batter in oil and make corn fritters. Serve hot
