Ingredients :

  • Cream cheese ½ cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Mustard paste ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Cucumber 2
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Corn seeds 1 cup
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Coriander ½ bunch

Method :
Beat cream cheese, yogurt, mustard paste, black pepper, salt, sugar and crushed red pepper together, now add and mix veggies in this mixture & serve.

Ingredients:

  • Seekh kabab 1 packet
  • Chapatti 4
  • Onion rings as required
  • Chutney as required
  • Mayonnaise as required

Method:

Fry Seekh kabab now put these Seekh kabab on chapatti and add onion rings and chutney then roll and serve it.

Ingredients:

  • Drumsticks 6
  • Ginger Garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (roasted) 2 tsp
  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp
  • Capsicum (chopped) 1
  • Potato (boiled) 1
  • Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 2
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper ½ tsp
  • Oil 4tbsp
  • Spring Onions 2

Method:

  • Cut capsicum, spring onion, green chilies and potato.
  • Now add salt, roasted cumin seeds, chaat masala,black pepper and mix.
  • In drum sticks fill in masala and then cover it with the thread .
  • Now bake it 180c for 20 to 25 minutes.
