Ingredients:

  • Prawns 10-12
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Food color few drops
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp

Other Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum cubes ¼ cup
  • Tomato cubes ¼ cup
  • Onion cubes ¼ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili crushed as required
  • Black pepper as required
  • Skewers 4-5

 

METHOD:
In mixing bowl add prawns and all ingredients marinate prawns well. Leave for 2 hour. Heat oil in pan cook prawns from both sides for 2 minute. In mixing bowl add capsicum, onion, tomato and all spices mix well. Pierce capsicum, onion and tomatoes. Heat butter and sauté skewers well. Keep rice in serving platter. Add prawns and vegetables skewers on top of it and serve.

Ingredients for White Sauce:

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt as required

For Lasagna:

  • Boiled pasta sheets as required
  • Chapli kabab 8 – 10
  • Shredded cheese as required
  • Olives 15 – 20
  • Capsicum diced as required

METHOD:

Heat butter add flour sauté well. Add milk cook till sauce becomes thick. Add chicken powder, white pepper, and salt mix well. Add pasta sheet in cup then add white sauce. Add a layer of white sauce and cheese. Add chapli kabab, olive oil and capsicum bake in oven at 160C for 8-10 minute.

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Soaked rice ¼ cup
  • Carrot crushed 500 kg
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Rabri ½ cup

METHOD:
Boil milk in pan. In pan add rice and carrot cook till its done. Add sugar and cardamom powder cook till gajrella becomes thick. Let it cool, add rabri and almond, serve.
