  • Chicken Boneless 300 gm
  • Green Peas (boiled) 1-1/2 cup
  • Potatoes (boiled) 2 cup
  • Rice 750 gm
  • Finely Chopped Onion 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Mix Whole Garam Masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric ¾ tsp
  • Green Chilies 5-6
  • Mustard Oil ½ cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Heat oil, add onion and fry.
Now add mix whole garam masala and ginger garlic paste.
Then add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and fry.
After this, add chicken, water and let it cook.
Now fry well add boiled green peas, water and cook until boil.
Then give simmer for rice, in the end, add coriander leaves, green chilies and mix.
After 10 minutes take it out in a dish.


  • Carrot (grated) 1-1/2 cup
  • Sugar as required
  • Plain Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Baking Soda 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon Powder ½ tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Pepper Cups as required
  • Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Walnuts ¾ cup

Ingredients of Cream Cheese Icing:

  • Cream Cheese ¾ cup
  • Sugar Powder 2-3 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence few drops

In a bowl, add plain flour baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt , sugar and mix.
In a bowl add eggs and beat well, add butter and oil then add dry ingredients.
After this, add vanilla essence and carrot.
Now in a muffin tray , put muffin cups and pour the mixture.
Bake it 200 c for 20 to 25 minutes.
For cream cheese.
In a bowl add all the given ingredients and mix.
When muffin tray are done, pour icing mixture and garnish with walnuts.


  • Whole red chilies 15-20
  • Peeled garlic 5-6 cloves
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Except oil , blend all ingredients with water. Then saute this mixture in oil. Laal chutney is ready.
