- Cottage cheese (cubes) 500 gm
- Butter 50 gm
- Garlic (chopped) 30 gm
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Small buns 6
- Lettuce leaves (shredded) as required
- Hung curd 100 gm
- Achaari masala 2 1/2 tbsp
- Boiled eggs for garnishing
Heat oil. Add Achaari masala sauté and then set aside to cool. Add this mixture to hung curd and mix well. Marinate the cottage cheese cubes with this mixture. Keep aside for five minutes. Then cook the cheese cubes.Add chopped garlic to butter. Spread this on the buns. Toast the buns. Place the lettuce leaves on the buns and add cottage cheese on top. Garnish with boiled eggs & serve.
- Clarified butter 2 tbsp
- Cashews 10
- Raisins 1 tbsp
- Semolina ½ cup
- Water 1 cup
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Saffron 1 tbsp
- Clarified butter ¼ cup
- Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Heat 2 tbsp clarified butter and fry the cashews till golden and then add the raisins and immediately remove from clarified butter and set aside. In the same clarified butter, roast semolina on low flame for 5 minutes or till it turns aromatic. Keep aside. Boil 1 cup water, keeping the flame on low, add in roasted semolina. Stir continuously till the semolina absorbs water and no lumps remain. Add sugar stir well till the sugar dissolves. Add saffron and ¼ cup clarified butter and stir continuously. Make sure the mixture is combined well and no lumps are present. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Garnish with cashews, raisins and cardamom powder.
