Ingredients:

  • Fish fillets 500 gram
  • Mango powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Lemons juice 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Nigella seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Aniseeds crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seed crushed 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Gram flour 4 tbsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Mustard seeds ½ tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds ½ tsp

 

Method:
In fish fillets except flour all ingredients mix and leave for half an hour .Now add flour and mix well then coated fish fry in heated oil. Serve hot.

  • Ridged gourd 1/2kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 pinch
  • Sev nimco as required
  • Salt as required

 

Method:
Sauté the onion in pink soft, add the tomatoes paste of green chilies garlic green coriander and turmeric red chili powder add ridged gourd into the pan stir a min add all spice powder. Now serve with sev.
