Ingredients:

  • Beef minced 500 gm
  • Yellow lentil 200 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 1 medium
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili whole 6 to 8
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Egg 1

Method:
Add beef and lentil in pan. in mixing bowl add all remaining ingredients and dried spices mix well. Separate half spice mix and mix into meat. Add water cook on low flame till minced is done. Blend in chopper. Add remaining spices mix, egg, green coriander and green chilies mix well and form into shape of kabab. Heat oil in pan dip kabab in egg fry well.

Ingredients for Masala:

  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Pipli 2 – 3
  • Cardamom 2 – 3
  • Cardamom small 3 – 4
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Dried ginger 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 2 – 3
  • Fennel 1 tbsp
  • Cloves 4 – 5
  • Star anise 2- 3
  • Red orange color a pinch

Ingredients for Gravy:

  • Mutton trotters 6
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion slices ½ cup
  • Nihari masala 3 -4 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Water as required
  • Fine flour ½ cup

Other ingredients:

  • Oil 1 cup
  • Red orange color ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Method:
For Masala blend all ingredients in blender. For gravy heat oil add onion fry well. Add ginger garlic paste and mutton trotters cook well. Add dissolved nihari masala in it. add water leave for 2 hour, simmer well. Dissolved flour in water add in nihari cook for 10 to 20 minute. For Tempering, heat oil add red chili and red orange color. Cook for 1 to 2 minute add in gravy leave for simmer.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta boiled 1 cup
  • Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Carrot chopped 1
  • Green chili big chopped 2
  • Capsicum chopped 1 medium
  • Eggs 3 to 4
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp

Method:
In mixing bowl add boiled pasta, egg and all ingredients mix well. Apply on cake mould and fill the mixture. Pre heat the pan keep mould in it cook for 25 to 30 minute.
