Ingredients for dough:
- Flour 4 cups
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Yeast 1 ½ tbsp
- Egg 1
- Salt 2 tsp
- Sugar as required
For filling:
- Onions 2 (chopped)
- Chicken mince 300 gm (boiled)
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes puree 2 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 ½ tsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Thyme & oregano 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
- Butter 2 tbsp (for grease)
Method:
For dough, add all the above ingredients and knead well. Allow it to rest for improving.
For the filling, heat oil and sauté onions. Now add chicken mince, tomatoes puree, red chili flakes and chili garlic sauce, salt, cumin powder, thyme and oregano. Cook well. Then let it cool down and then add cheese. Now spread the dough evenly, add the filling and roll. Then cut the thick pieces and set it in the greased dish. Cover and leave it to rest for 20 minutes. Then bake in an oven until golden brown. In the end, brush the butter and serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Boiled white chickpeas 2 cups
- Chopped onions 1
- Chopped tomatoes 2
- Capsicum 1
- Cucumber 1
- Cottage cheese ½ cup
- Coriander 2 tbsp
For Dressing:
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder ¾ tsp
Method:
Mix all the salad ingredients. Then mix all the dressing ingredients. Now mix salad with dressing and serve.
