  • Beef cubes                                         ½ Kg
  • Vinegar                                                                2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste                           1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper                                      1 tsp
  • Millet flour                                          ½ Kg
  • Coriander leaves                              ½ bunch
  • Green chilies (chopped)                               4-5
  • Onion (finely chopped)                 1
  • Red chili flakes                                  1tsp
  • Crushed Coriander seeds             1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds                     1 tsp
  • Chaat masala                                     1 tsp
  • Yogurt                                                   2 tbsp
  • Egg                                                         1
  • Water                                                   as required
  • Oil                                                           as required


  1. Marinate beef cubes with vinegar, ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder over night.
  2. In a bowl take marinated cubes.
  3. Now add chopped coriander, green chilies, onion, red chili flake, coriander, cumin, chaat masala and yogurt.
  4. Mix well
  5. Next add millet flour and make a thick paste with the help of water.
  6. Leave this mixture for 15 minutes.
  7. Heat oil in a wok on medium flame.
  8. Now with the help of your hands drop small balls into the oil.
  9. Fry kababs until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot with raita and chutney.
