Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Black salt 1 tsp
  • Food color 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder a pinch

METHOD:
Make cuts in chicken then add salt, pepper, red chili powder,
coriander powder, chaat masala ,all spice, black salt , food
color ,turmeric powder and marinate for 1 hours
Steam the chicken for 15 min until chicken half cook
Now heat the oil and deep fry chargha until chicken crispy.
Sprinkle some chaat masala.

Ingredients:

  • Water ½ cup
  • Salt ½ tbsp
  • Chicken karahi cut 750 gram

For Balochi Tikka Spices Mix:

  • Coriander (roasted & crushed) 6 tbsp
  • Cumin (roasted & crushed) 6 tbsp
  • Red chili crushed 3 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1-½ tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1tbsp
  • Karahi masala 3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 cups
  • Green chilies 8-9
  • Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 3 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped half bunch
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp

METHOD:
In a bowl add water and salt mix it well then add chicken
mix well and rest for 30 min.
In a jar add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chili
crushed, black pepper, all spice, dried fenugreek, chaat masala,
karahi masala mix all spices well. Balochi tikka spice mixed is
ready.
In a wok add oil chicken along with water turn on
the flame until water dries (4-5 minutes) then cook on high flame for (5-6 minutes). After that add green chilies and cook until chicken & chilies are light brown 5 min. Then add ginger and garlic chopped and cook until golden brown (3-5 minutes) then strain excess oil. Place chicken on serving dish and sprinkle prepared spices mix (3-4 tbsp)
Add lemon juice and fresh coriander & cover let chicken
absorb (5-6 minutes) & serve.

Ingredients:

  • Cookies 1 packet
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Sugar powder 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • Spread 1 cup
  • Melted butter 2 tbsp

METHOD :
Crushed the cookies then mix melted butter, set aside
In a bowl add cream, vanilla essence and sugar powder, beat well then transfer into a piping bag.
Melt the spread in microwave 30 sec. Add cookies in serving cups then add cookies spread. Add layer of cream then add layer of spread again. Add cookies then add spread. Decorate with crushed cookie. Keep in fridge for 1 hour before serve.

Ingredients:

  • Meat balls (Chicken) 1 packet
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion paste 2
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tbsp
  • Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
  • Yogurt whisked ½ cup
  • Water as required
  • Green chilies 3 to 4
  • Fresh Coriander Chopped handful

Method:
First Fried the Kofta in the Wok and once it completely fried then set a side. In a wok add cooking oil, onion paste mix well and cook 2 to 3 min. Add tomato puree, ginger garlic paste mix well. Then add Red chili powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, all spice, and cayenne pepper then mix well and cook for 2 mint. Add yogurt mix well then add the fried Kofta then mix for 2 min. Add water as required bring it to boil and cook until gravy become thicken and oil separate. Garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies.
