Ingredients:

  • Boiled mutton ½ kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Garlic 150 gm
  • Ginger 3 inch piece
  • Green chilies whole 7-8
  • Green chilies chopped 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4-5 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp

 

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic then add whole chilies and cook, after that add mutton and cook for 5 minutes, now add green chili chopped and lemon juice and cook it for 10 mins, now add garlic, ginger paste and cook for 1 minute in the end add all spices powder and salt and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes. Finally garnish with green coriander.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled beef 600 gram
  • Rice 600 gram
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Oil or clarified butter ¾ cup
  • Yakhni Pulao Masala 1 packet
  • Plums 8-10
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Salt to taste

Method:
Put salt, ginger garlic paste, pulao masala and tomatoes in beef and let it cook. Heat oil in a pan and fry onion in it. When it gets golden then add cooked beef along with gravy and sauté. Then add soaked plum and water and cook till it starts boiling. Now add soaked rice and green chilies and put it on dum and cook until rice get done. Take out in dish and serve.
