Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bone 500 gm
  • Clarified Butter ¼ cup
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 2 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
  • Green chili chopped 2 -3
  • Green coriander chopped 2 -3 tbsp
  • Ginger julienned for garnish

 

 

METHOD:
Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the chicken well with salt. Then mix a little water and leave it on dam for eight to ten minutes. Then add chopped garlic, chopped ginger and green chilies. Fry well. Then add yogurt, chopped coriander, cumin, chopped red pepper, salt and pepper and fry well. Now add green coriander and ginger and serve.

  • Tikka boti 8 -10
  • Gram lentil boiled 1 cup
  • Clarified butter or oil ¼ cup
  • Cardamoms 3 -4
  • Green chili chopped 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic chopped 2 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
  • Green coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mint chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger julienned for garnish
  • Green chilies julienned for garnish

 

METHOD:
Heat Clarified butter in a frying pan, add cardamom and fry. Then add garlic, ginger, green chilies and cumin. Now fry by adding tomato puree, tamarind pulp and salt. Then add green coriander, mint, boiled lentils and herbs, add a little water and leave on dam for five minutes. Finally add ginger and green chilies and serve.

For Sponge:

  • Eggs 5
  • Sugar substitute 15 gm
  • Flour 100 gm
  • Cocoa powder 25 gm
  • Baking powder ½ tsp

For Cream:

  • Dairy cream 250 gm
  • Sugar substitute 10 gm
  • Cocoa powder 30 gm

 

 

Method:

For Cake:
For the sponge, put the eggs in the mixing bowl and beat. Then add the flour, coconut powder, baking powder, sugar and mix. – Whisk the cream well. Then add sugar and coco powder and whisk again and place in the fridge. To make the cake, cut the sponge in half and make two layers. Now apply cream on one layer and icing on the cake.
