Beef Bulgogi (Grilled Beef) is a popular Korean dish that pleases everyone’s taste buds!

  • Boneless beef steak 1/2 kg
  • Pear or apple grated half
  • Soy sauce 1/4 cup
  • Brown sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced 3 cloves
  • Grated ginger 1 tablespoon
  • Sriracha sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili paste 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil 5 tablespoons
  • Green onions sliced 2
  • Toasted sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Scallions 3
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Carrot 1 sliced

Mix all ingredients except vegetables. Mix onion and carrot. Cook in grill pan. garnish beef with green onion and roasted sesame seeds.


  • Eggs 3
  • Egg whites 2
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Dried oregano 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Unsalted butter melted 2- ½ tbsp
  • All purpose flour 1- ¼ cups
  • Cheese 1/2 cup
  • Jalapenos ½ cup
  • Basil for garnish

Preheat the oven to 220°C.


In a blender, combine the eggs, egg whites, milk, and tomato ketchup. Blend until smooth. Add the oregano, garlic powder, and salt, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and flour and blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, until completely smooth. Let rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, place the muffins pan in the oven to preheat.
After resting, fold cheese and ¼ cup jalapenos into the popover batter. Remove the muffins pan from the oven and brush ¼ teaspoon melted butter in each cup, then fill ¾ of the way full with batter. Sprinkle with the remaining jalapenos and remaining cheese. Bake the popovers for 25-30 minutes, or until they appear puffed and dry.
