Beef Masala Biryani is the ultimate Rice dish to have! It has a savory-spicy taste that has layers of whole all spices, beef, well seasoned gravy and rice.

Ingredients:

  • Beef with bone 750 gm
  • Rice 500 gm
  • Potato cubes 300 gm
  • Clarified butter ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 2 medium
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili small paste 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Food color few drops
  • Screw pine essence few drops
  • Tomato slices 2 to 3 medium
  • Mint leaf chopped 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander chopped 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Green chilies small 6 to 8

METHOD:
Heat clarified butter add onion cook till golden brown color comes. Add ginger garlic and green chili paste then add meat cook well. Add all spices and tomato puree cook for 1 minute then add water and leave for simmer 30 to 35 minute till meat is done. Add boiled potatoes, dissolved food color in yogurt and screw pine essence, mix well. Pour yogurt mixture on beef then add tomato, green coriander, mint and green chilies. Add boiled rice on it. Add food color then clarified butter and leave for simmer 10 to 15 minute.

Ingredients:

  • Beef fillets 500 gm
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili small paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Milk 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Cream 2 to 3 tbsp

METHOD:
In mixing bowl add beef and all ingredients to marinate fillet for 24 hour and keep in fridge. Pierce marinated beef pieces on skewers & barbecue on coal or fry in pan with little amount of oil. Add water and leave for 30 minute to simmer. When beef is done give a smoke of coal. Serve hot.

  • Chicken fillet ½ cup
  • Boiled spaghetti 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Capsicum julienne ½ medium
  • Tomato julienne 1 medium
  • Onion julienne 1 medium

METHOD:
Heat oil add onion sauté well. Add garlic then add chicken cook well. Add all spices and tomato puree cook for 1 minute. Add lemon juice, spaghetti and all vegetables mix well.
