Beijing Soup
Ingredients
Beef Mince 125 grams
Beef or Chicken Stock 1-1/2 cup
Eggs 3-4
Finely Chopped Onion 3
Finely Chopped Mushroom 1 cup
Finely Chopped Carrot 1
Finely Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
Corn Flour ½ cup
Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Spring Onion 2-3
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Method
Take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil, heat the oil add 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger fry, then add 125 grams of beef mince and roasted add 3 finely chopped onion, 1 cup of finely chopped mushroom , 1 finely chopped carrot, 4 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 2-3 finely chopped strands of spring onion mix it then add 1-1/2 cup of beef or chicken stock cook until its boiling then add 3-4 eggs mix it. Now add ½ cup of corn flour cook until its thick. At last take it out in a serving bowl and garnish with 3 finely chopped spring onion and serve it.
