Ingredients for Chocolate Butter Cake:

  • Butter 4 ounce
  • Sugar 4 ounce
  • Flour 3 ounce
  • Coco 1 ounce
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

 

Ingredients for Peach Syrup to Moist Cake:

  • Blueberry pie filling 1 tin
  • Peach 1 tin
  • Kiwi 2 cut into slices
  • Cream cheese 200 gm
  • Caster sugar ½ cup
  • Fresh cream whipped 400 gm
  • Strawberries sliced 2 cups

 

METHOD FOR CAKE:

Make butter cake and bake in 8 x 8 inch pan, remove, cool and cut into pieces.

METHOD:

Spread cake pieces in a trifle bowl, moist with peach syrup, spread with ½ tin of blueberry pie filling, cut peach into slices and arrange on the edges of the trifle bowl. On top of the peach slices, arrange kiwi slices. Beat cream cheese with caster sugar, fold in 1 ½ packet of whipped cream, spread half the filling on top of cake then again put a layer of remaining chocolate cake pieces, moist with peach syrup, again put slices of peach on the corner edge of bowl then kiwi slices. In the center put blueberry, chill in fridge and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Red lentil (soaked) 1 cup
  • Basmati rice (soaked) ½ kg
  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Onion (chopped) 2 cups
  • Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 4
  • Yogurt 1 ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Whole spices mixed 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Curry leaves ½ cup
  • Fenugreek leaves 4 bunches
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies (grinded) 8
  • Coriander leaves (grinded) ½ bunch
  • Allspice powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp

METHOD:

Heat oil in a pan, fry chopped onion light golden do not brown, add whole spices, ginger garlic paste, grinded hara masala, curry leaves, chopped tomatoes, fry well, add salt, coriander, cumin powder and mince, add yogurt, cook for 10 mins, add potatoes with 3-4 cups of water. When water boils, add boiled red lentil and rice, cook till water dries, leave it on dum for 15 mins, and serve with kachoomber.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Onion brown ½ cup
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • White cumin whole 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp

Ingredients for Masala:

  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 ½ tsp

 

METHOD:

Dry roasted poppy seeds, desiccated coconut and whole white cumin, remove and grind finely with roasted gram. Mix together ½ kg mince, 1 tbsp yogurt, roasted ground masala, ginger garlic paste, salt, allspice, red chili powder, raw papaya paste and brown onion, mix very well, make into big gola kebab and keep aside.

METHOD FOR MASALA:

Heat oil in a wok, add onion fry for 2 minutes. Add in ginger garlic paste and all the rest ingredients. Cook well. Add kababs and leave it on dum for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
