Ingredients:
For Bihari Kabab:

  • Beef thin slices 500 gm
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Fried onion chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Mustard oil 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red orange color few drops

PURI PARATHA:

  • Fine flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Semolina 2 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Clarified butter for frying

CHUTNEY:

  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Green chili small 2
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaf 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp

METHOD:
For Bihari kabab, In mixing bowl add beef ,all ingredients to marinate and keep in fridge for 48 hours. Pierce on skewers and barbecue them. For parathy, in mixing bowl add flour and all ingredients knead well. Make parathy leave for 10 minutes. Heat clarified butter and fry paratha well. For Chutney, blend all ingredients in blender. To form roll pour chutney on paratha then keep bihari kabab on it. add onion roll and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken pieces 2 Quarter pieces
  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Potato wedges 2

METHOD:
Apply all ingredients on chicken and potatoes marinate well and keep in fridge for 6 hours. Cook on coal. In another pan add marinate potatoes and marination in pan cook till potatoes is done. Remove in serving dish, pour grilled chicken and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla sponge 1 pound
  • Whippy whip cream 1 cup
  • Mango puree 1 cup
  • Mango cubes ½ cup
  • Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
  • Milk as required
  • Mango jelly 1 cup

METHOD:
Add sponge in serving glass and moist with milk. Whip cream well add in mango puree and gelatin mix well. Add sponge then add mango cubes and mango jelly. decorate with glass serve.
