Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 500 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped half
  • Bread slice 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Roasted chickpeas 2 tbsp

For Gravy:

  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Green chili big julienne 2 medium
  • Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander chopped for garnish

METHOD:
For meat ball mix chicken minced and all ingredients in mixing bowl. Blend chopper well. Give a shape of meatballs. Heat clarified butter in wok add garlic paste sauté well. Add tomato puree and all spices cook till gravy becomes thick and clarified butter separate from it. add meat balls leave for simmer. Cook well add green chilies, ginger and green coriander, serve.

Ingredients for Rabri Doodh:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar ¼ cup
  • Green cardamom 4 to 5
  • Almonds for garnish

For Ras Malai Balls:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Lemon 1- 2
  • Flour 2 tsp
  • Muslin cloth as required

For Syrup:

  • Sugar 1-½ cup
  • Water 4 cups

METHOD:
Bring to boil and turn off the flame. Stir continuously for 2 minute. Add lemon juice in milk to tear it. Sieve milk with the help of muslin cloth then make and sieve more for 4 to 5 hour. Add flour knead well make sure no balls have crack during procedure of making. For syrup, in a pan add water and sugar, bring to boil. When boil comes add balls in syrup cover and cook for 5 minute. Cook more for 20 minutes on low flame. Turn off the flame leave balls for 10 minute in syrup. Add in rabri milk then add almonds & serve. For Rabri milk cook milk with cardamom, sugar cook till milk become half.

Ingredients:

  • Beef with bone 500gm
  • Potato cubes 2 large
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion boiled paste 1 cup
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • White cumin crushed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cream 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Almond powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chili big julienned 2 large
  • Ginger julienned for garnish
  • Fresh coriander chopped for garnish

METHOD:
Heat oil add onion sauté well. Add garlic sauté well. Add capsicum, tomato puree, raisins and all spices mix well cook till oil is separate. Add cream, olive and green coriander mix well. Add spaghetti, chopped tomatoes, green onion and green coriander mix well, serve.
