Ingredients:
- Tikka boti 1 packet
- Boiled macaroni 1 cup
- Fried almond 50 grams
- Capsicum 1
- Carrot 1
- Cabbage 1
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Lettuce 1
- Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
Fry tikka boti. then in a bowl add all ingredients mix and serve.
Ingredients:
- Boiled mutton ½ kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Star anise 2
- Cardamom 4
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Fennel 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tsp
- Cloves 4
- Onion 250 grams
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Tomato 250 grams
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Butter 50 grams
- Oil ½ cup
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Method:
In mutton add yogurt, tomato paste, ginger and ½ tsp salt add and leave. after this all whole spices roast and grind it. now add mutton and all spices and tomatoes add and roast .finally add water and cook till then mutton tender and serve .

- Lady finger ½ kg
- Boiled tomatoes 4
- Onion chopped 1
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Green chili 6
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin 2 tsp
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Crushed whole coriander 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Green coriander 1 tsp
- Dried mango powder 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
Heat the hot plate then fry lady finger then set a side .then chopped the tomatoes and add it .after this all spices and roast well .finally add lady finger and green coriander mix and serve .
