Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2kg
- Boiled spinach 1cup
- Lasagna sheets 10-12
- Worcestershire sauce 2tbsp
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Ketchup 3/4cup
- Tomato puree 1/2cup
- Garlic chopped 1tbsp
- Onions (finely cut) 1
- Thyme, oregano 1-1/2tsp
- Oil 3-4tbsp
- Salt as per taste
Sauces ingredients:
- Butter 1/2cup
- Flour 1/2cup
- Milk 1cup
- Chicken stock 1cup
- Cheddar cheese 1cup
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2cup
- Red chili chopped 1tbsp
- Black pepper as required
Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry garlic and onions. Now add the chicken to slightly fry it. Then add salt, 1tsp black pepper, 3/4cup ketchup and ½ cup tomato puree to mix and when it thickens take it off the stove. Now add ½ cup butter to heat and add 1cup spinach boiled to fry. Now add 1tbsp red chili chopped and fry. For the sauce heat butter and fry ½ cup flour and fry it. Now add 1 cup milk, 1 cup chicken stock, salt and black pepper to mix. When the sauce thickens add 1 cup cheddar cheese and ½ cup mozzarella cheese to mix thoroughly. Then in a dish spread butter and add 10-12 sheets of lasagna. Then add the chicken mixture, then the sauce and then the boiled spinach’s layer. Then add the lasagna sheet, rest of the chicken mixture and then again a sheet of lasagna. Add the sauce and add grated cheese. Lastly add thyme, oregano and black pepper chopped and bake for 15mins and serve.

- Tomatoes chopped 2
- Cucumber chopped 1
- Pineapple 1cup
- Lettuce leaf 1bunch
- Apple 2
- Mayonnaise 3/4cup
- Cream 1/2cup
- Icing sugar 2tbsp
- Salt, black pepper 1tsp
- Lemon juice 1tbsp
Method:
Mix boiled chicken, Cucumber chopped, Capsicum chopped, Apple, Pineapple and chopped tomatoes. Then add mayonnaise Salt, pepper, icing sugar, cream and lemon juice to mix thoroughly. Lastly add all the ingredients and mix them place it
