This Chicken Fajita Salad recipe is the genius way to keep all the incredible flavors in one bowl!

Ingredients:

Chicken fries 10-15
Chicken breast 2
Oil for frying
Garlic paste ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin ½ tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Red chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Julienne cut capsicum 1
Julienne cut tomato 1
Julienne cut onion 1
Salad leaves 2 cups
Grated cheddar cheese 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
Oil for frying
Salad leaves for presentation

Ingredients for dressing:

Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Sweet and sour sauce 2 tbsp
Chili oil 1 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp

Method:

Fry chicken fries in oil.
Cut these in small cubes.
Then add in all the vegetables and mix well.
Add all the seasons to it as well.
Then create a dressing using lemon juice, sugar, sweet and sour sauce, olive oil and chili oil. Add it to the salad.
Then mix everything well.
Present it with salad leaves.
