Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken 500 gm
  • Split Bengal gram 1 Cup
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Garlic 7-8 Cloves
  • Black peppercorns 7-8
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Coriander seeds 2 tsp
  • Carom 1 tsp
  • Red chili whole 3
  • Chili flakes ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
  • Green chili 2
  • Garlic, finely chopped 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
  • Mint leaves chopped ½ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread crumbs 2 cups

Method:
Soak 1 cup of chana dal for at least 30 minutes. In a large pot Heat oil and add cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorns, cinnamon, coriander seeds, ajwain, red chili and chilli flakes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes. Now add the soaked chana dal and mix thoroughly. Add the boneless chicken and salt. Bring to simmer, adding required quantity of water. Cook until all the water has evaporated and chicken is tendered. Let it cool for some time and then grind all the ingredients to a thick paste. In the paste add ginger, green chilli, garlic, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Mix all the ingredients to combine well. Now add the raw eggs liquid and mix thoroughly. Using your palm make the kebabs of any desired shape and size, generally flat round shape. Now dipping in egg fluid & bread crumbs shallow fry the kebabs from both sides till golden brown.

Ingredients:

  • Beetroot sliced 2
  • Almonds toasted chopped 4
  • Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Parsley 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

Cut the beet round thin slices , add half chopped almonds add , add half tsp thyme , half tsp parsley ,remaining ingredients sprinkle on top of the salad.

For Garnish:

Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt & pepper, Pour this mixture on salad.
Sprinkle the remaining parsley, thyme & almonds on top & enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • Coconut (designated) 2 cup
  • Condensed milk ½ cup
  • Chocolate chips 1 packet
  • Crushed pistachio for garnish 1 tbsp
  • Butter paper as required

 

Method:

Mix well the coconut and condense milk make small balls and keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Take a large bowl adds chocolate and melt in double boiler,
And dip the balls in chocolate & lay on the butter paper and sprinkle the shredded coconut on top and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes or until set.
Enjoy.

  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Rice 1 cup
  • Oil 5tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Bay Leaves 2
  • Black Peppercorns 4
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Black cardamom as required
  • green chilies chopped 3

 

Method:

Wash the rice and soak in 3-4 cups of water. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds. Cloves, black cardamom and black peppercorns and add them in the oil. Add bay leaf. Add onions and cook till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste Add tomatoes cook for 2 minutes Add salt Drain the rice. Add soaked rice along with, salt, peas and 2 cups of water in the pot. Cover the pot and cook the pulao on low heat till rice is done. Remove the pan from heat and let the pulao rest for 5 minutes. Fluff the pulao with a fork. Serve hot with Raita .
