Ingredients:
- Chicken breast ½ kg
- Mushroom 1 cup
- Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
- Chicken stock 1 cup
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
- Noodles for serving
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Parsley as required
- Flour 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt as required
- Corn flour 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil add chicken breast fry well. Add crushed garlic fry well. Add mushroom and flour cook well. Add chicken stock, cream, cream cheese, salt, black pepper powder and dissolved corn flour in chicken cook for 10 minute, remove. Sprinkle parsley and serve with noodles.
Ingredients for marination:
- chicken wings ½ kg
- Salt as required
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Flour ½ cup
- Baking powder ¾ tsp
- Oil for fry
Buffalo Sauce:
- Hot sauce 2 tbsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
- Green coriander for garnish
Method:
Mix all ingredients of marination in water and apply on chicken wings. Fry in deep hot oil till golden brown in color. For Buffalo sauce mix all ingredients to make sauce thick and coat fried wings. Garnish with green coriander, serve.

- French bread 1
- Butter ¾ cup
- Black pepper (crushed) ½ tbsp
- Garlic (crushed) 1-1/2 tbsp
- Thyme, oregano ¾ tbsp
- Cheddar cheese ¾ cup
- Parsley as required
Method:
Cut the French bread in to big slices. In butter add Black pepper (crushed),Garlic (crushed)Thyme , oregano and parsley mix them thoroughly and spread them on the bread. In the oven set it at 180 degrees and bake till the color is golden brown. Take it out from the oven and spread cheddar cheese over it till it melts then serve.
