Ingredients:
- Beef ground ½ kg
- Green chilies 2-4
- Chipotle sauce 1tbsp
- Onion chopped 3 tbsp
- Garlic 1clove
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Cheese slices 4
- Burger buns 4
- Tomato 1
- Lettuce as required
Method :
Mix ground beef, green chillies, onion, minced garlic clove, 1 Tablespoon chipotle sauce, 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper. Combine well and form into 4 patties each.
In a pan heat oil and fry the patties until done. Add the cheese slices to the burgers for the last couple minutes. Toast the buns. To assemble, put lettuce, tomato and patty and serve with a sauce.
Ingredients :
- Boiled eggs 4
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
- Hung curd 3 tbsp
- Spring onion chopped 1
- Curry powder pinch
- Salt and pepper as required
- Brown bread slices as required
- Baby spinach few leaves
Method:
Mix boiled and mashed eggs with cream cheese, hung curd, curry powder, salt, pepper and spring onion. Divide mixture on brown bread slices and top with baby spinach leaves. Top with remaining bread slice and serve.
Ingredients:
- Apple cubed 1
- Celery sliced 1 stalk
- Raisins ¼ cup
- walnuts chopped 10
- hung curd 2 tablespoons
- cream 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce to serve
Method :
Mix all ingredients well till everything is well coated. Chill and serve on a bed of lettuce.
