Ingredients:

Butter 150 gm
Icing sugar 75 gm
Brown sugar 75 gm
Egg 1
Flour 210 gm
Baking soda 2 pinch
Chocolate chunks 100 gm
Cookie dough 50 gm

Method:

Using a beater, beat butter. Icing sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
Then add in an egg and beat it in.
After this add in flour and baking soda and beat it until the mixture is thoroughly mixed.
Fold in chocolate chunks.
In a foiled baking tray place cookie dough balls of 50 grams each.
Bake in oven at 160°C for 12 minutes.
Take the baking tray out of the oven and serve!
