- Fish burgers 1 packet
- Hot dog buns (split and toasted) 4
- Cabbage shredded 1 cup
- Potato grills cheese to serve
- Lemon wedge to serve
For Tartar Sauce:
- Mayonnaise garlic 1 cup
- Pickle cucumber 2 tsp
- Mustard paste 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
Mix all the ingredients of tartar sauce well and set aside.
Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook fish, in batches, for 2 minutes each side or until cooked through.
Top hot dog bun bases with cabbage, fish fillets, tartar sauce and bun tops. Serve with chips and lemon wedges.
- Chicken 500 gm
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
- Green chilies paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Black pepper (freshly ground) 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
- Roasted coriander seeds (crushed) 1 tsp
- Ginger julienned 2 inch
- Heavy cream 4 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Green chilies (finely sliced) 2
Heat oil in a wok, add the chicken and fry until its golden brown. Add the ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
While the chicken is cooking, mix the yogurt, black pepper, cumin and coriander. Add this yogurt mixture to the chicken, and cook until chicken becomes tender. Now add the cream and butter, and cook for a minute or two. Garnish with green chilies and julienned ginger. Serve hot.
- Semolina 200 gm
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil For frying
In a mixer jar, take semolina and some salt as per taste. Make a fine powder of semolina similar to our Chawal ka Atta. Now in a big bowl take this semolina powder and add water as required to make soft dough. Let it rest this dough for about 25-30 minutes. Then knead it again and divide the dough into two to four balls. Roll it using a rolling pin and roll it. Use a knife cut the rolled dough into diamonds. Now in a small bowl, take chaat masala, salt, and red chili powder. Take salt as per your taste. Now heat oil hot in a wok and fry these Semolina squares and fry till they become light golden brown in color. As soon as you take them out, sprinkle the masala which we have made. Make all the diamonds with the remaining dough and sprinkle masala and gently toss it.
