For dough ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Wheat flour ½ cup
  • Caraway seeds 1 tsp
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  • Clarified butter for frying

For filling ingredients:

  • Boiled grinded gram lentils 1-1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1
  • All spice powder 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander, green chili ½ cup
  • White cumin ½ tsp
  • Grinded pickle 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Caraway seeds, salt as required
  • Onion rings for garnishing

Method:
All dough ingredients mix and knead soft dough .now for filling heat oil and fry cumin .then all remaining ingredients mix and cook then cool it .after this make balls and fill the filling and roll out .now heat clarified butter and fry on medium flame .finally garnish with onion rings and serve .

Ingredients for dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Dried fenugreek 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Caraway seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp

Filling ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 2 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green coriander, green chili 2 tbsp
  • Citric acid powder (khattai powder) 1 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 2 tbsp
  • Roasted crushed cumin, coriander 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Clarified butter for frying

Method:
For dough all ingredients mix and knead for 15 minutes. now for filling boil potatoes mashed. then all filling ingredients mix. now make small ball and roll out. then on one ball place 1tbsp clarified butter and then place filling. now second ball place and cover corners then fry in clarified butter and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Mango chunks 2 cups
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch

Method:
Heat oil and lightly fry ginger. then add sugar, yellow food color, vinegar ,4 tbsp water and crushed red chili then cook till then sugar dissolve. then add mango chunks and cook till then chutney thick.
