Ingredients:

  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Rice ½ kg
  • Yogurt 250gm
  • Green chili paste 4tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1tbsp
  • Whole spice 1tbsp
  • Screw pine essence 1tsp
  • Carom ground 1tsp
  • Fennel ground 1tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Ingredients to simmer:

  • Star anise 1tsp
  • Fennel 1tsp
  • Onion fried 1

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Strawberries 250 gm
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Strawberry Custard 4 tbsp
  • Fried Cashew Nuts ½ cup
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Raisins ½ cup
  • Bananas 4
  • Biscuit Crumbs 2 cup

 

Method:
Cook sugar till it caramelize , now add strawberries chopped , now heat milk add remaining sugar and stir , now soak strawberries in custard add in milk cook till it gets thick , now remove , Then in a dish add biscuits crumbs , now add custard and bananas , spread cream , lastly add cashew nuts and raisins and serve.

  • Tomato ketchup ½ cup
  • Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2tbsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp

  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 4tbsp
  • Water 4glasses
