  • Fish                                1kg
  • Onions (fried)                 1 cup
  • Red chili powder            2tsp
  • Coriander powder           2tsp
  • Mustard paste                 1tsp
  • Turmeric                        2tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds              2tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste           1tsp
  • Coriander                       as required
  • Tomatoes                       250 gm
  • Lemon                            2
  • Oil                                  1 cup
  • Salt                                as required




Marinate fish with ginger garlic paste, salt, mustard powder and lemon. Then add fried onions and cover it. Now in a fry pan cook tomatoes, red chili powder, coriander powder, fenugreek, turmeric and salt. When oil comes on the surface add fish. Lastly garnish with coriander and serve hot.

  • Cheese slice                              4
  • Chicken bone less                     ½ kg
  • Mayonnaise                              ½ cup


Ingredients for Stick:

  • Garlic paste                              1 tsp
  • Soy sauce                                 1tsp
  • Black pepper                            ½ tsp
  • Red chili sauce                          1 tsp
  • Oil                                           2-3 tbsp
  • Salt                                          ½ tsp
  • Red chili (crushed)                   ½ tsp
  • Vinegar                                    1 tsp


Chicken cut in middle apply masala and make shape in stick. Now in grill pan heat oil and keep stick on grill. Then bread warm and slice code in mayonnaise. Then keep stick and top of keep slice cheese. Lastly cut from the middle and serve hot.


  • Chicken tikka chunks     ½ packet
  • Oil                                  for frying


Ingredients For Salad:

  • Cucumber                      1
  • Onion                             1
  • Tomato                          1
  • Salad leaves                    4
  • Green chili                      1
  • Garlic chopped               4 cloves
  • Lemon juice                    2tbsp
  • Mustard paste                 1tbsp
  • Oregano                         ½ tsp
  • Yogurt                           ½ cup
  • Salt                                ¼ tsp




In a pan heat oil and fry chicken tikka chunks. Cut it roughly and set aside.

For salad, chop all the veggies. Now in yogurt add garlic cloves, lemon juice, mustard paste, oregano and salt. Mix well. Add in the veggies and mix well. Lastly add fried chicken tikka chunks and serve.
