Roast beef burger is incredibly delicious. It is a delightful alternative to hamburgers.

Beef undercut 1 kg
Cheddar cheese 8 slice
Mozzarella cheese (grated) 2 cup
Onion rings 2
Tomato slices 4
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard paste 3 tbsp
Ketchup ½ cup
Pickled cucumber slice 1 cup
Burger bun 8

• In undercut add some salt, mustard paste and black pepper mix and keep a side.
• In a pan heat oil and fry both sides undercut on high flame.
• Now in 1 cup of water add and cover it and cook for 20 minutes when till than water dry then undercut cut it in slices.
• Then cut burger and firstly apply mustard paste now beef undercut slices keep then onion rings ,tomato slice ,mozzarella cheese granted and cheddar cheese add .
• Finally on top Pickle cucumber slice keep and serve with ketchup.

Chicken meatballs 1 packet
Ingredients for Masala :
Oil ½ cup
Mustard seeds ½ tsp
Nigella seeds ½ tsp
Cumin ½ tsp
Chopped tomatoes (blanched) 4
Chopped onion 1/25 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 2
Mint (chopped) as required
Green coriander as required

For making masala heat oil then add cumin ,mustard seeds and Nigella seeds then fry for 1 minutes .now add onion and further fry for 5 minutes .after this ginger ,garlic paste ,chopped tomatoes ,red chili ,salt and garam masala add and cook till than gravy thick .now add fried chicken koftay and mix .finally add mint ,coriander ,green chili and lemon juice mix and serve .

Potatoes 1/2kg
Mango powder 1-1/2tsp
Red chili 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Oil 1/4cup
Chaat masala 2tsp
Salt 1tsp
Coriander 6tsp
Yogurt 2 cups

 

Heat oil and fry potatoes .now add red chili, cumin and salt and fry this on high flame for 5 min, now add 2 cups of water when water boils add yogurt, mango powder and cook this on medium flame for 15 min,then open the cover and dry it, now serve it with coriander and chaat masala .
