Ingredients:
- Tomatoes 2
- Chopped onions 1
- Ginger 1piece
- Cashew nut 6-8
- Dried fenugreek ½ tsp
- Chicken stock 1cup
- Coriander to garnish
Ingredients for eggs:
- Boil eggs 6
- Butter 4tbsp
- Yogurt 2tbsp
- Salt, pepper, turmeric as required
- Cumin powder 1tsp
- All spice ½ tsp
- Oil 4tbsp
- Dried fenugreek ½ tsp
Method:
Boil all the masala ingredients and then grind .now give cuts to boil eggs , now heat butter add eggs and masala cook a bit , now add oil in the same pan add ground masala ad a cup of water till boil , lastly sprinkle coriander and serve
Ingredients to make stock masala:
- Mutton 600gm
- Onion 1
- Garlic 6-8 cloves
- Ginger 1
- Salt as required
- Fennel 2tbsp
- Bay leaf’s 2
Ingredients for rice:
- Rice 400gm
- Onion sliced 1
- Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
- Yogurt 4tbsp
- Salt as required
- Mango pickle 2tbsp
- Tamarind pulp 1tbsp
- Green chilies 6-8
- Oil ½ cup
- Green chilies 1tbsp
Method:
Mix all the stock masala ingredients in pan cook till it gets thick and left 3 cup stock .for rice heat oil fry onions till brown , now add ginger garlic paste and yogurt then roast it , then add meat, green chilies and rest of the ingredients cook till thick add rice simmer and serve .
