Ingredients For Fish:

  • Fish Boneless 1/2 kg
  • Corn Flour 3 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil to fry

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Green onions (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1/4 cup
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum (cubed) 2
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Rice to serve

Method:
Marinade fish with all ingredients for a while then fry it and set aside. Stir fry capsicum and set aside. In a pan heat oil and add garlic and spring onion (white part). Sauté for 1 minute now add all the ingredients of sauce along with water and allow it to boil now add stir fry capsicum and simmer for 1 minute now add fried fish and serve with rice.

Ingredients:

  • Sweet Potatoes 5-6
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Dried Rosemary 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • fresh basil (chopped) 2 tbsp

 

Method:
Preheat oven to 200°C. Thoroughly wash sweet potatoes. Slice in half, then into wedges. Toss wedges in oil and seasonings. Place on a baking sheet, skin side down. Bake 30-20 minutes.
