  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 3tbsp
  • Yogurt 200 gm
  • Green chili sliced 2
  • Coriander and mint leave 1/2 bunch
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Oil cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Papaya paste ½ tbsp

For Paste:

  • Cashew nuts 12
  • Almonds 12
  • Coconuts 2 tbsp
  • Cloves 3
  • Cardamoms 2
  • Cinnamon stick 4

Method :
1 Take a bowl add in mutton . mix all ingredients to mutton pieces and marinate for 2 hrs
2Now seal the lid 0f the pan.
3 cook under high flame for 2 minutes,
4 heat an old flat tawa and place the mutton pan on it and cook for 5 minutes under high flame,
5when mutton gets heated reduce the flame and cook under dum undisturbed for 40 minutes .
6 after 40 minutes open the lid dum mutton is ready ,
7 surved with nan and chappati


  • Rice 750gm
  • Mutton 500 gm

For Masala:

  • Onion 1
  • Ginger 2 inch pieces
  • Garlic with skin 1pod
  • Funnel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamoms 5

For lassi:

  • Yogurt ½ kg
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 2 cups

For Special Masala:

  • Green chilies 12
  • Button red chilies 10
  • Cumin seed 1tbsp
  • Black pepper corn 10
  • Cloves 10
  • Green cardamoms 2
  • Cinnamon stick 4
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Star anise 2
  • Fried onion ½ cup
  • Oil 1 cup

Method :
In a pan add oil mutton salt, fry mutton for a while then add enough water and cook on low flame until
Meat gets tender .turn off flame once mutton is tender,
Add yogurt chicken powder salt and water in a blender and blend well to prepare lassi.

For spice bag:
Take a spice of muslin cloth add onion garlic, ginger funnel seed cardamom the cloth tight in a from bag.
In a plate add green chili button red chili, cumin seed, cloves ,black paper corn, bay leaves green cardamom, star anise ,cinnamon stick keep it ready for later use,
Now take a pan and add yogurt mixture, place pan on a stove and turn on flame stir. Slow until the mixture start boiling ads cook meat immediately.
Add soaked rice and let the water dry when bag and add all other spice prepare in a plate.
Cover the pan and cook rice on a slow heat to create a dry remaining water
Once the rice is ready garnish with fried onion and serve hot.


  • Chicken 1/2kg
  • Onion 1-1/2 cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Tomato 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Crushed coriander ½ tbsp
  • Crushed red chili ½ tbsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 to 5

In a pan add oil and onion to fry cook until onion gets translucent .
Add ginger garlic paste and salt in the chicken and fry for a minute .
Add tomato and cover the pan with the lid .once tomato softens remove skin gently.
Now add all remaining spices and mix well.
Once the spices are nicely cook than add green chillies and lemon juice .
Cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minute finally add coriander to garnish and served


  • Fruit cocktail 1 tin
  • Cream cheese 1 bottle
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Red jelly 2 packets
  • Cream 2 cups

Take a bowl add in cream cheese and jelly condensed mix well
Take a second bowl adds in cream and beat.
After beat the cream add in first mixture and fold and then added in fruit cocktail
And again fold and mix well after mixing pour in the bowl doctorate whipped cream cherries and chilled serve.
