  • Ice cream ½ liter
  • Milk ½ liter
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Condensed milk ½ cup
  • Bananas 4
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Pineapple (sliced) 1 cup
  • Strawberries 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Green jelly as required
  • Red jelly as required
  • Orange jelly as required


In the milk add vermicelli and cook well. Then in the water add sugar, water and vanilla custard powder. Dissolve it well and add to the milk and vermicelli mixture. Allow it to cool. Now cook all the three jellies and allow it to cool. Then in a bowl add cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence. Beat well. Now cut bananas, pineapple and strawberries. Place it in a big serving bowl. Then add ice cream, custard and cream mixture. Mix well. Lastly add jellies and serve chilled.


  • Chicken seekh kabab 1 packet

Ingredients For Gravy:

  • Tomatoes 4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Onions 2
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup



Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken seekh kabab.

For gravy, heat oil in a pan. Fry tomatoes, green chilies and onions. Then place fried kabab over it. Then add fennel seeds, whole coriander, crushed black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Cook on medium flame for 20 minutes. Sauté well and serve hot.


  • Whole chicken 1
  • Chat masala 1tsp
  • Dried mango powder 1tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Red chili 1tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4tbsp
  • Yogurt 2tbsp
  • Oil 4tbsp
  • Fresh coriander (chopped) ½ bunch

Make cuts on the chicken. Add all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and marinate the chicken for about 2-3 hours. Then in the steamer fill the water and cover it completely. Now add chicken and cover for about 40-45 minutes. Then remove and place in a preheated oven and roast it for about 10-15 minutes. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.
