  • Mints as required
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Ice cubes few
  • Ginger (grated) ½ inch
  • Cumin seeds roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  • Mango powder ½ tsp
  • Black salt to taste
  • Water 2½ glass
  • Lemon ½
  • Pepper (crushed) ½ tsp




In a blender all ingredients blend then strain if you wants,
Transfer to serving glass or jar and drop few ice cubes just before you serve.


  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onions Sliced 1½ cup
  • Green bell pepper (finely chopped) ½ cup
  • Minced ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ground coriander 2 tsp
  • All spices powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Cilantro, mint chopped ½ cups
  • Beef mince 500 gm



In a pan add oil allspices powder, When sizzle; add onions and green pepper and sauté for 3 minutes, until softened. Add minced ginger, garlic. Sauté another 2 minutes then add salt, turmeric, red chili, coriander, cumin, all spices powder , and . Stir and for a minute add tomato puree, mint and cilantro, and stir well. Add the ground meat, Stir really well, until it combines with the onion-tomato mix. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes Stir in the reserved cilantro and serve


  • Bread 6 slices
  • Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
  • Potatoes boiled 2
  • Onion (finely chopped) ½
  • Coriander leaves (finely chopped) few
  • Chilipowder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Mangopowder ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala ¾ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Peas as required
  • Corns as required
  • Mushrooms as required


In a large mixing bowl mash 2 potatoes, peas,corn and mushrooms. Add chopped coriander leaves and onion. Next to add the dry spices like chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, amchur powder and salt to taste. Combine them well breaking aloo pieces. Nowgrate the cheese or you can add in grated cheese and combine well. Take small amount of the stuffing and prepare small oval shaped balls. Make sure the size is small and fits into your bread slice. Keep them aside Take the bread slices. Roll them flat using chapati roller. Roll as thin as possible. Dip the entire bread in water and squeeze off the water between your palms. Place the stuffing prepared previously and roll them. Press the edges to seal them tight.
Seal them properly. Fry them till they turn golden brown.
