  • Mutton liver ½ kg
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Onion boiled and blended 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves ground 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp



Mix together blended onion, ginger garlic, grinded coriander, salt, allspice, chili powder, roasted cumin, make a paste and spread on the liver pcs, leave it for 30 mins. Heat ghee on a tawa, arrange liver pcs over it, cook for 10 mins adding more ghee if required, cook for 15 mins until liver done, serve hot garnished with onion rings, tomato slices and green chilies.


  • Beef boneless ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies grinded 10
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Other ingredients:

  • Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
  • Allspice 1 tsp leveled
  • Coriander leaves chopped 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Eggs 2

Method for kabab:

Boil beef with all the given ingredients and 2 cups of water till boties tender and mixture dry, cook and chopperize.


In your chopperize beef add in all the remaining ingredients and mix well, make into long kebabs and deep fry.


  • Boneless chicken 300 gm
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt and black pepper ¾ tsp
  • Cumin roasted &crushed 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 1tbsp
  • Puck cheese 2tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Curry powder 1 tsp
  • Pita bread 4
  • Capsicum 1
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Olives chopped ½ cup
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Cucumber chopped in cubes 1
  • Salad leaves chopped as required

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Hung curd ½ cup
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp



Method for sauce:
Mix all together.

Heat oil add ginger garlic, chopped onion with salt black pepper, crushed cumin, crushed red pepper, all the sauces, and chicken, cook till done, remove, add in capsicum, toast pita, cut into 8 wedges, put a layer of pita in a large platter, top with chicken layer, lettuce, cucumber, drizzle with dressing, serve immediately.
