Ingredients:

  • Mutton 750 grams
  • Tomatoes 500 grams
  • Clarified butter ¾ cup
  • Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chili 8-10
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger julin cut 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander ½ cup

Method:
In mutton add 2 cup of water then add salt and cook till then tender .then add tomatoes and cover it and cook till then tomatoes tender and water dry .then add clarified butter and green chili add and roast /finally add crushed black pepper ,crushed coriander ,crushed cumin ,crushed garlic ,red chili powder and lemon juice add and leave on dum for 5 minutes .then garnish with green coriander and ginger and serve .

Ingredients:

  • Groats 2cups
  • Split Bengal gram 1cup
  • Rice ½ cup
  • Split green gram ½ cup

Ingredients to temper:

  • Onion 1
  • Mustard ¼ tsp
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Clarified butter 4tbsp

Ingredients for haleem:

  • Chicken with bone 600gm
  • Qorma masala 2tbsp
  • Onion medium 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Salt , black pepper , turmeric as required
  • Yogurt ¾ cup
  • Oil ½ cup

Ingredients to garnish:

  • Coriander, green chilies as required
  • Ginger, lemon as required
  • All spice as required

Method:
soaked the separately Groats ,Split Bengal gram and Split green gram .then add salt and tender .for salan heat oil and fry onion .then add chicken and ginger garlic paste add and roast .now add salt ,chili ,turmeric ,qorma masala and yogurt and roast it well after this add boiled ingredients and add 2 cup of water add and cook for 40 to 45 minutes .finally add all spices powder and mix well .now for bhagar heat clarified butter and fry onion .then add mustard seeds and curry leaves and do the bhagar .finally add green coriander ,green chili ,ginger ,lemon and all spices powder and then garnish and serve .

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Desiccated coconut 1 cup
  • Semolina ½ cup
  • Clarified butter ¾ cup
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Whole dried milk ½ cup
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Green cardamoms 3-4
  • Almonds, pistachios as required
  • Sliver wrap 1
  • Fox nuts 10-12

Method:
Add 1-1/2 cup water and yellow color in sugar to form syrup. Heat clarified butter add cardamom, gram flour and semolina. Add in syrup , also add milk and desiccated coconut mix well. Add whole dried milk fry well. Dish out and garnish with sliver wrap and nuts.
