Khow suey Recipe | Zubaida Tariq in Handi Masala TV

 

Ingredients:
Beef Mince     ½ kg
Noodles    1 packet
Red chili powder    1 tbsp
Turmeric    1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste    1 tbsp
Salt    to taste
All spice powder    1 tsp
Garlic     125 gm
Red chili flakes    1 tbsp
Carom seeds    1 tsp
Chopped green onion    2 bunches
Onion    2
Chopped green chilies    8
Chopped green coriander    1 bunch
Lemons    6
Samosa wraps    12
For Curry:
Coconut Powder    2 packets
Green chilies    3
Gram flour    4 tbsp
Turmeric    1 tsp
Salt    to taste

Method:
Roast together 1 tbsp red chili flakes and 1 tsp carom seeds. In a pan, take 2 packet coconut powder, 2-3  cups of water, 4 tbsp gram flour, 2-3 curry leaves, 3 green chilies and 1 tsp turmeric . cook it. When it boils, add in salt and remove it from the stove. Eep fry the samosa wraps and take it out. Deep fry the chopped garlic cloves. At the time of serving, put everything in the serving dish separately along with, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, 1 bunch green coriander, green chiliesm green coriander, red chili, fenugreek seedsm 6 lemons and garlic cloves,
