Ingredients:

  • Beef ½ kg
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Ginger sliced 1
  • Tomatoes 4-5
  • Onions 3-4
  • Red button chilies 10
  • Cinnamon 3-4 stick
  • Cumin 2tbsp
  • Chili powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 1-2
  • Cardamom small 2-3
  • Oil as required
  • Salt as required

 

 

Method:
In a pan add beef oil. Water and all the ingredients cook till tender and till oil come on top and dish out.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast ½ kg
  • Onion 4-5
  • Coconut milk 1can
  • Mustard seeds to sprinkle
  • Red chili powder 1-2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Coriander ground/roasted 2tbsp
  • Cumin ground/roasted 1tbsp

 

Method:

Heat oil sauté onion , now add chicken sauté it changes color , then add ground blended onions , salt , red chili powder , turmeric , ginger garlic paste sauté till oil comes on top , now add curry leaves & coconut milk , now add roasted ground cumin , simmer and serve .

Ingredients:

  • Fish ½ kg
  • Flour as required
  • Oil as required
  • Salt as required
  • Garlic few cloves
  • Chili powder 1tsp
  • Sugar 1tbsp
  • Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Tomatoes 4-5
  • Potato wedges as required
  • Carrots fried as required
  • Peas fried as required

 

 

Method:
Marinate fish with lemon juice and salt now coat it in flour and fry it lightly , in a sauce pan add tomatoes , chopped garlic ,red chili powder , vinegar , sugar , salt ,boil and make puree with this , now add fish in this puree and cook on low flame till oil comes on top , lastly garnish with fried potato wedges , carrot and peas .

Ingredients:

  • Coconut cream 1can
  • Roasted semolina ¼ cup
  • Egg 1
  • Sugar to taste
  • Sago pearls (boiled) ½ cup
  • Salt pinch
  • Water ½ glass

 

Method:
In a deep pot pour coconut cream and add semolina and add egg and beat. Now add and mix it with whisk cook till batter gets thick add sugar , sago pearls and salt , keep stirring constantly and remove . Now pour it in pan and bake on preheated oven, lastly sprinkle sesame seeds and poppy seeds & serve.
