Ingredients:
- Chicken 6-8
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt ¾ cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- White pepper ¾ tsp
- Green chilies 6-8
- Green coriander as required
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Whole all spice as required
- Lemon sliced as required
Method:
Apply salt, crushed black pepper, ginger garlic paste and yogurt on chicken and leave for 2 to 3 hour. Heat butter and oil add all spice fry well. Add marinated chicken fry well. Add yogurt and white pepper with ½ cup of water till chicken is done. Add green chilies, lemon juice and remaining black pepper cook well. Remove in a dish garnish with lemon sliced and green coriander, serve.

- Boiled chickpeas 2 cup
- Boiled spinach 1-1/2 cup
- Boiled onion 2
- Boiled tomatoes 4
- Oil ¾ cup
- Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt, chili, turmeric ½ tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Milk ½ cup
- Green coriander as required
- All spice powder ½ tsp
Method:
Heat oil add onion fry well. Add boiled chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and turmeric cook well. Add boiled spinach, all spice powder and cumin with ½ cup of milk. Cook for 5 minute then add boiled chickpeas and lemon juice leave for simmer. Remove in a dish and garnish with green coriander, serve.
