  • Lemon 1/2kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2tsp
  • Mustard oil 1/4cup
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil as required


• Grind all the ingredients.
• Then, heat oil, add the grinded spices and lemon.
• Cover and cook until lemon get soft. Serve.


  • Potato (boiled) 1/2kg
  • Green chili (chopped) 4
  • Coriander leaves (handful) 1
  • Coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Cumin (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Wheat flour 2 cup
  • Clarified butter for frying
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili (crushed) 1 tbsp


• In a bowl, add flour, salt and 1 tbsp clarified butter, Mix and knead well.
• Then in a bowl, mash potatoes, add salt, green coriander, crushed coriander, green chili, red chili crushed and cumin, Mix well.
• Now make balls of flour and spread evenly.
• Then, add potato mixture and close the paratha.
• Now spread and fry in a hot clarified butter. Serve hot.


  • Dried red chili (soaked) 15
  • Garlic clove 15
  • Salt 1/2tsp



  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Mustard 1/2tsp
  • Cumin 1/2tsp


• Grind dried red chilies, garlic and salt along with water.
• Then, heat oil, add mustard and cumin.
• Temper well. Now add garlic paste and serve.
