Ingredients:
- Whole dried milk (crumbled) 1 Cup
- Cream 1/4 Cup
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Sugar 1/4 Cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Nuts as required
- Edible silver leaf for garnish
Method:
Mix cream and sugar. Now heat butter in a pan then add this mixture and cook until it gets thick. Then add cardamom powder and half nuts and mix well and let it cool down. In last make small laddu add nuts and garnish with edible silver leaf and serve.
Ingredients:
- Beef, mutton or chicken ½ kg
- Tomato cubes 5-6
- Crushed garlic 1-1/2 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger julienne 1-1/2 tbsp
- Green chilies 7-8
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Oil or clarified butter 200 gm
- Fry gosht masala 1 packet
- Green coriander to garnish
Method:
Heat 1 cup of oil or ghee. Add meat cover and cook for 5-7 minute. Add ginger paste and garlic then fry for 2 minute. Now add karahi gosht masala and fry for 4-5 minute. Then add 1 cup of water, cover and cook till meat becomes tender (for beef/mutton add 3-4 cup of water)
In another pan heat the remaining oil/ ghee fry tomatoes until they become soft. When oil separates, add tomatoes to the meat, green chilies and ginger julienne. Cover and cook on low heat for further 5-8 minute. Add lemon juice and remove.
