  • Chicken Mince half kg
  • Bread Slices 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion (ground) 1
  • Raw papaya Paste 1 tbsp
  • Gram Flour (roasted) 1 tbsp heaped
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Mace ¼ tsp
  • Nutmeg ¼ tsp
  • Ginger Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Red Pepper 1 tbsp
  • Coriander (roasted & crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Oil half cup
  • Onion (chopped) 1 cup


  1. Marinate mince with all the ingredients except oil and chopped onion for 2 hours mix well.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Fry chopped onion till golden.
  4. Add in the mince fry for 15 mins till its become brown serve garnish with onion rings, haraa masala , lemon wedges serve with paratha.
