What could be better than having Mini Ranch Burgers as a snack? These are small buns filled with crunchiness and great taste.

Ingredients:

  • Nuggets 1packet
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Bread slice soaked 1
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Onion chopped 4 tbsp
  • Egg 1

Ingredients for ranch sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Sar cream ¼ cup
  • salt ½ tsp
  • black pepper ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Onion powder ½ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Chopped parsley 1 tbsp

Ingredients to assemble:

  • Mini burger buns 8
  • Cheese slices 4
  • Mince patty as required
  • Ranch dressing 1
  • Salad leaf 2
  • Jerkin slice 1
  • Method for sauce
  • Mix all together.

 

Method:
Put all the above ingredients in a chopper and grind until smooth, make mini patties and pan fry.

 

Method to assemble:
Heat burger buns, spread with butter, ranch sauce, cheese slice, patty, salad leaf, ranch dressing and jerkin, top with burger bun, serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • Self raising flour 5 ½ ounce
  • Baking powder ½ tsp leveled
  • Cake spice ½ tsp
  • Brown sugar 2 ounce
  • Carrot grated ½ cup
  • Walnuts ¼ cup
  • Milk 4 ounce
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for topping:

  • Cream cheese as required
  • Icing sugar 3 ounces
  • Butter 2 ounces

Method:
Pre-heat oven to 200 d, sieve the flour, baking powder and cake spice into a bowl, stir in the sugar, carrots and walnuts. In a separate bowl lightly heat together milk, egg and oil, stir into the flour mixture, stir lightly, make sure you don’t over mix, divide mixture between paper cases, bake for 15 mins, remove and cool.

Method for topping:
Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy, add in icing sugar, spread the frosting over the cupcakes, decorate with walnuts halves.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg 8 pcs
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for broast sauce:

  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Potato boiled / mashed 1
  • Green chili 1 chopped
  • Garlic ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

Method for broast sauce:
Blend all together serve with grilled chicken

Method for chicken:
Marinate chicken pcs with all the above ingredients, keep it for few hours, bake in a greased pan for 30 mins, remove in a serving platter, drizzle with prepared sauce, serve garnish with parsley.
