  • Chicken fillet 1 cup
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn starch 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying

Mongolian Sauce:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 2 to 3
  • Dry Red chili 3 to 4
  • Light soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Brown or white sugar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Corn starch as required
  • Spring onion julienned 6 to 8
  • Sesame seeds ¼ tsp

In mixing bowl add chicken fillet, soy sauce, black pepper and corn starch mix well. Fry chicken in hot oil for 10 minute till its turn crispy. For sauce: heat oil adds garlic fry well. Add dried chili and all ingredients cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add corn flour in sauce cook till it becomes thick. Add fried chicken, green onion and sesame oil mix well and serve.


  • Beef julienne cut 500 gm
  • Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Cream ¼ cup
  • Coconut cream powder 1 tbsp
  • Coconut Curry Paste
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 3 to 4 cloves
  • Coconut crushed 2 tbsp
  • Coriander whole 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 10 to 12
  • Black pepper 6 to 8
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chili whole 10 to 12

For Coconut curry paste, heat oil add curry leaves and garlic well. Add all ingredients cook for 1 minute. Add in grinder blend well. Heat oil add ginger garlic paste cook well. Add beef cook with water till beef is done. When beef is done add curry paste and tomato puree cook till oil is separate from gravy. Add milk, cream, coconut cream powder cook till oil and gravy is separate.


  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Corn flour as required
  • Colored vermicelli’s ¼ cup
  • Strawberry whipped cream 1 cup
  • Fruit cocktail ¼ cup
  • Colored cham cham small 10 to 12
  • Banana jelly ¼ cup
  • Strawberry jelly ¼ cup

In pan add milk and sugar cook till boil comes. Add corn flour in milk cook till it becomes thick, let it cool. Add custard in strawberry cream and all ingredients mix well. Let it cool and serve.
