Ingredients For Sponge:

  • Egg whites 5
  • Sugar 200 gm
  • Flour 170 gm
  • Coco powder 30 gm
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Oil/butter 200 gm
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp

 

For Frosting:

  • Egg yolks 100 gm
  • Sugar 70 gm
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Chocolate 150 gm
  • Water as required
  • Whipped cream 200 gm

 

Method:
Beat egg whites and sugar together. Then add oil and yogurt. Beat well. Now dry ingredients and fold properly. Bake it on 180 c.
For Frosting, Cook egg yolks, sugar and butter together. Then add melted chocolate and as required water. Now add whipped cream and add this frosting to the sponge. Serve.

Ingredients For Dough:

  • Flour 400 gm
  • Sugar 40 gm
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Oil 50 ml
  • Yeast 10 gm
  • Improver 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 200 gm

 

For The Filling:

  • Chicken boneless 250 gm
  • Masala powder 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1
  • Black olives as required
  • Green olives as required
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Cheese 200 gm

 

Method:
For the dough mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough. Set aside. Once it is proven spread it well and place it on pan. Then add cheese on the sides and fold. For the filling heat oil add boneless chicken. Cook well. Then add masala powder, cook well and set aside. Now on the baked dough add the cooked chicken, capsicum, tomatoes, onion, black olives, green olives, oregano and cheese. Bake on 200 c. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Warm water ¼ cup
  • Tylos powder 1¼ tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn syrup 1 tsp
  • Icing sugar 1 tbsp
  • Basic sponge 1
  • Whipped cream 250 gm

 

Method:
In warm water add tylos powder and mix well. Then add icing sugar and corn flour. Mix well. Now add corn syrup and mix well. Then fill on the silicon sheet and bake on 100 c for about 5 minutes. Now frost the cake with cream and cover the sides. Serve.
