  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Dry Mangoes 1cup
  • Tomatoes 250 gms
  • Green Chilies 6
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onions 375 gms
  • Coriander Powder 1tsp
  • Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala Powdes ½ tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp


  1. Cut onions and green chilies length wise. Now in pan, heat oil and add onion , green chilies.
  2. Fry and take out.
  3. Now add chicken, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric powder, dry mangoes, coriander powder, nigella seeds and garam masala powder , and cook on low flame for half an hour.
  4. Then add onions,green chilies and coriander leaves.
  5. Mix well and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the stove, murgh Kairi Doh Piyaza is ready.
