  • Boiled mutton 750 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Black pepper 1 tsp heaped
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Brown onion 1 cup
  • Saffron ½ tsp soaked
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Beaten yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 2tsp
  • Whole spices mixed 1 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp heaped
  • Boiled rice ½ kg



Heat oil, add whole spices, ginger garlic paste and boiled mutton for 5 mins, remove from heat, add yogurt, mix with coconut milk powder, salt, pepper, allspice, brown onion, stir well, spread boiled rice on top of it, pour 2 tbsp oil or ghee on top of rice, sprinkle with saffron, milk and kewra mixture, cover and cook for 5 mins on fast flame, lower flame and cook for another 10 mins.


  • Boneless chicken ½ kg
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Ginger finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  • Small green chilies 6 finely
  • Salt 1 tsp leveled
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1 ½ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup



Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, fry stirring till light golden, add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilies, cook for another 2 mins, add finely chopped chicken with dry seasonings and half cup water, cook for 15 mins, then fry well until water dries, add chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, serve hot with lemon wedges and paratha.


  • Butter 4 ounces
  • Dark chocolate 2 ounces
  • Coco powder 4 tbsp
  • Flour ¾ cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Salt pinch
  • Eggs 3
  • Caster sugar 6 ounce
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Sour cream 1 cup
  • Hot coffee ½ cup

Ingredients for frosting:

  • Chocolate 300 gm
  • Butter 4 ounces
  • Whipped cream ½ to 1 cup


Method for cupcakes:

Mix all the ingredients for cupcakes in a bowl, beat for 1 min, full cupcake cases ¾, bakeon 180 d for 20 mins.

Method for frosting:

Grate chocolate, put in a bowl with butter, micro till it melts, mix and cool to room temperature, beat for 1 min, add in whipped cream, decorate cupcakes with frosting.
