Ingredients for the Masala:
- Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
- Coriander 1 teaspoon
- Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
- Black cardamom 1
- Green cardamom 2 to 3
- Cloves 2 to 3
- Cinnamon 1 inch piece
- Star anise 1
Ingredients for Pulao:
- Rice 1-1/2 cups
- Cheese 200 gm
- Onion sliced 1
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Flour for coating
- Water as required
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Bay leaf 1
- Lemon juice 1-1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander leaves 1- 2 tablespoon
- Salt as required
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
Method:
Grind all the masala ingredients. Coat the cheese with flour and fry well. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden well. Now add ginger garlic paste, spices, bay leaf, green chili and yogurt. Cook well. Then add salt, rice along with as required water. Cook properly. Lastly add cheese and lemon juice. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Oil 2 tsp
- Jalapenos finely 6
- Garlic minced 2 cloves
- Double cream 1 cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese 1 cup
- Fries cooked as required
- Chopped spring onions as required
- Milk 1 cup
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add jalapenos and sauté well. Then add garlic, salt, black pepper. Mix well. Now add milk, cream and cheese. Mix properly. Then add fries and serve with green onions.
